Terms of Service
MRR & Subscription Reports for Pipedrive — last updated 2026-06-03
1. Acceptance
These Terms are a contract between you and Crosstown Tech (“Crosstown Tech”, “we”, “us”), 3703–39 Roehampton Ave, Toronto, ON, Canada. By installing or using MRR & Subscription Reports for Pipedrive (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a Pipedrive Marketplace application that reads deal and product data from your Pipedrive workspace via OAuth and surfaces subscription-revenue analytics — including MRR and its waterfall, cohort retention, NRR / GRR / Quick Ratio, churn analysis, renewals, and per-customer revenue history, with CSV and PDF export. The Service does not modify your Pipedrive data.
The Service is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pipedrive. “Pipedrive” is a trademark of its respective owner.
3. Pricing
The Service is offered free of charge at launch. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, existing users will be notified in advance and given the option to continue with the available free tier (where one is offered) or to remove the Service before any charges apply.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the Service outside its intended Pipedrive Marketplace integration.
- Do not use the Service to handle data you are not authorized to access in your Pipedrive workspace.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, abuse infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits.
- Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
5. Your data
Your Pipedrive data remains yours. We process it and keep a working cache as described in our Privacy Policy. When you uninstall the Service, all account-scoped data is deleted promptly (in batches for large workspaces), as described there.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA at this stage. Scheduled maintenance, third-party dependencies (Pipedrive API, Convex Cloud, Vercel), and unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Reports surfaced by the Service are derived from your Pipedrive data and should not be treated as an authoritative source of financial truth. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Crosstown Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim and CAD $0 (the Service being free of charge).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Pipedrive Marketplace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legitimate operational reasons (for example, discontinuing the Service, or security or infrastructure changes), with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, the deletion behavior described in our Privacy Policy applies.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and we will give advance notice of material changes to installed users where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree to a change, you may uninstall the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. General
- Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices: notices to us may be sent to the contact email below; notices to you may be given through the Service or by email.
